Fulfilment & shipping processing time

The fulfilment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product and the shipping is how long this will take to get from manufacturer to you.

Average fulfilment times are listed below:

• 2-7 business days for apparel products (tees, hoodies etc)
• 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (mugs, stickers etc.)

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note:

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially in the current COVID-19 conditions. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

These are live rates to reflect the most accurate/best cost at the time of ordering.

We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end address. 

Eligible Countries

We ship to every country except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number may not be active straight away but is usually active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Digital Distillery Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Digital Distillery Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
